The Right To Ba Let Alone 18; Technical Surveillance Measures in Germany and the United States

Published by privacylawadvocatelda at 1:38 pm under privacy law Edit This

This article discusses the thesis of the different approaches to privacy law found in the U.S. and Germany. It’s theory is based on the idea that the U.S. law protects the expectation of privacy, whereas German jurisprudence protects privacy itself.  There is sufficient legal research and reference for the writer to prove his thesis. This is an extensive work on privacy law in both Germany and the U.S. with reference to not only existing law but also speaks to the premise of how privacy law is currently being developed and  speculation on how the different approaches may bring different outcomes in the future. Check out this link on technical surveillance laws and privacy both in the U.S. and in Germany and how the creation of these  laws and the premises they are based on may impact our future.
