The Right to be Left Alone 06; Homeless Rights

Published by privacylawadvocatelda at 2:54 pm under privacy law Edit This

Deemed “the most significant judicial opinion involving homelessness in the history of the nation,” this ruling on the rights of the homeless has been hailed as a triumph to the right to be left alone. There is nothing as fundamental to the right to be left alone then the right to be sitting on a park bench with out being bothered by the police for doing nothing but sitting. The fundamental right of simply being a human enjoying a moment alone with out fear of being hassled and jailed seems such a basic right that every person should receive upon birth but in this world even this right must be given to the citizen.  It is a shame that in America there are hundreds of thousands of homeless people. Read up on this latest ruling allowing them the fundamental right to be left alone.
