The Right to be Left Alone 02; Mark Skousen Overview

Published by privacylawadvocatelda at 1:42 pm under privacy law Edit This

Mark Skousen author of the book “The Complete Guide to Financial Privacy” writes about the right to “be left alone” and how since 9-11 the experience of personal privacy has been effected in the U.S. He presents  a brief  history on the right of privacy beginning with the constitution. He discusses some of the new security measures used by airports and security forces which invade our privacy. He suggests ideas as to how you can maintain a certain level of privacy even in the current atmosphere of our eroding rights. This article is more about how to maneuver with in the new atmosphere of security measures  and not so much about just what these measures are specifically.
